Hello Reader,

When you're struggling with depression, making decisions, taking action, and making changes can be exceptionally hard. The first step is often the hardest one.

I created the Nourish Your Mind course because I believe that there is more that we, ourselves, with our choices, can do to have better quality of life and healthier minds. So often, the symptoms of depression can make it harder to get nourishment from food, to take time to rest, to get outside in the sunshine and go for a walk. But those things have true power when it comes to our mental health. Medications and therapy can be vital and lifesaving, but I want you to know that you have some real power, once you have the right tools, to change the functioning of your brain.

  • If you are taking medication and going to therapy but not seeing the results you want to see, this course is for you.
  • If you know your mental health could be better, but you don't want to take medication, this course is for you.
  • If you're feeling stuck and just don't know what your next step should be, this course is for you.
  • If you want to learn about mental health and depression so you can be a better support to the people in your life who struggle, this course is for you.

Your body and your mind are interconnected in powerful and transformative ways. So treating the body can have an incredible impact on your mental health.
